About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, manage budgeting and reporting, and provide leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage financial plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Creation of Financial Statements: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders and ensure compliance with internal and external reporting standards.
- Data Control & Entry: Lead and monitor the accuracy of data entry processes and ensure up-to-date financial records.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage financial clean-up projects and ensure smooth financial operations in complex environments.
Basic Requirements:
- Operational Finance Experience: Must have solid finance operations experience, particularly logistics or transportation.
- Knowledge of Financial Standards: Familiarity with both local and international financial standards, including tax regulations and rules.
- Risk Management Knowledge: Proven experience in managing financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive Leadership: A hands-on, proactive approach to managing teams and financial challenges.
- Experience in Similar Roles: Previous experience in a finance management role, particularly with a focus on operational finance and logistics, is required.
- Advanced English Proficiency Level is required (Verbal & written)
