SITE & QC Superintendent - Offshore Project

IQS as an engineering firm for SITE supervision projects (Offshore / Onshore), is intended to hire qualified project lead engineers / supervisors, for the following job categories:
JC01- Mechanical Works Superintendent (Piping, Fixed or Rotary Equipment)
JC02- QC Superintendent (Material, Welding, NDT, Dimensional, Paint & Insulation)
JC03- Safety Superintendent (Scafolding, Lifting, Fire & Electrical...)
JC04- Commissioning Superintendent (Process, Piping Lead, Telecom)
 Mandatory Qualifications :            
1. 10 to 15 yrs. of experience in the Oil & Gas Industries EPC projects, with healthy and good physical condition, possibility for working at the project site and carrying out project missions
2. Team Player with ability to work collaboratively across complex project team, multidisciplinary departments.
3. Proficiency in oil & gas Project's standards / specifications / procedures / 
4. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with site supervision activities, Non-Conformance Control (Preventive / Corrective actions)
5. Familiar with project management processes & system.
6. Strong Interpersonal Communication & Descional skills (written & verbal in English).
7. Monitor and Trend Quality key performance indicators (KPI) identify area for improvement.
8. Support and enforce project HSE objectives.
9. Define individual (assigned department, contractors, persons...) responsibilities, provide effective training, mentorship and their performance evaluation.
10. Ability to generate project documents i.e. detail analytical reports, presentation files and technical records
