Job description:

• Monitoring and maintenance of service and network
• Continuous monitoring of systems performance
• Analysis of service logs and database records
• Identification and diagnosis of system errors
• Identification and diagnosis of network disorders
• Regular reporting of the status of services and transactions

Required skills:

• Proficient in monitoring software such as Zabbix, Grafana and Kibana
• Full familiarity with the network and service
• Introduction to Linux (LPIC-1)
• Getting to know Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with the database
• Familiarity with log analysis
• Familiarity with the ITIL standard
• Familiarity with web service performance and understanding of its standards and architectures
• Familiarity with API Gateway concepts
• Familiarity with API and its types
• Understanding the Incident Management process
• Understanding the Change Management process
• Experience working with Ticketing systems
