Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging content for the 724 application including articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics to gain new customers via various channels like instagram, telegram and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with acquisition, product and retention teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Research industry trends,payment regulations, 724 services and customer needs to create relevant and informative content.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
• Analyze user engagement metrics and feedback to refine content strategy and enhance user experience.
• Create and maintain a content calendar to manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives.
• Work with designers to produce visually appealing content that enhances user engagement and understanding. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a solid portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles and content management systems.
