ECRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ECRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., WebEngage, Insider, etc).
Design, execute, and analyze automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SMS, Email, Push Notification, In-app, On-site).
Segment and target customer databases to create personalized marketing messages.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation efforts with overall marketing strategy.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of ECRM and marketing automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English.
Proven experience with ECRM and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
