Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing and testing Software Components of DCS Systems.

Coordination with DCS Configuration Software developers and other DCS development teams, analysts, testers, etc. 

Be a key knowledge owner on how to integrate products.

Proficient with Agile methodology, Author of product backlog, defines story acceptance criteria, manages and prioritizes backlog.

Provides status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Monitors product performance and feature improvement impacts, and recommends course corrections using data driven decisions.

Be a key knowledge owner on how to integrate products.

Ensures products and services integrate in a coherent and efficient way, with scalability.

Collaborates with Stakeholders, Product Leadership and Development teams to define product requirements.

Works in a highly collaborative environment, and empowers decisions regarding functionality and priority in the sprint.

Proactively monitors, identifies, debugs and prioritizes product issues. Identifies opportunities for improvements and delivers on them.

Work with developers on clarifying requirements and negotiating the scope of proposed enhancements based on priorities and estimates.

Approves each user story has met the Definition of Ready during the sprint, conducts User Acceptance Testing.

Candidate's Qualifications:


Have deep knowledge and experience in Iran market main DCS Systems. Siemens PCS7 or one of reputable DCS Systems in Iran market from below list:


-       Emerson DeltaV / Ovation

-       ABB 800XA System/Symphony Plus 

-       Siemens PCS7

-       GE_SpeedTronic

-       SUPCON ECS7000/TCS900

Have knowledge and experience in Iran market main PLC Systems. At least 1 from below list:

-       Siemens Simatic S7/ 1500/1200

-       Schneider PLC

-       ABB AC500

Familiar with the Agile development concept and Scrum methodology.

Familiar with the software development environment and working with multi-disciplinary development teams. 

Knowledge of SIL certified Safety (ESD) Systems with specified priority in below list is preferred:

Siemens F System/ Distributed Safety

Emerson SIS

Knowledge of Siemens SPPA T2000 or T3000 is preferred.
