- Coordinating all national and international flights and hotels.
- Providing ceremonial services including hall reservation in all parts.
- Providing VIP services in hotels, including flower arrangements and serving sweets.
- Providing airport transfer services (from the airport to the hotel and vice versa).
- Providing transfer services through airline agencies contracted by the companies.
- Preparing and adjusting database regarding all flights and hotels.
- Booking a travel insurance policy.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with hotels and national and international flights.
- Effective communication skills.
