AI-Remote Hire is a US based company that is looking for experienced WordPress & PHP Specialists with strong SEO skills to work remotely on a full-time basis, aligned with the California time zone. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites, implementing SEO strategies, and utilizing relevant plugins to enhance website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, update, and optimize our WordPress website or plugins.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Utilize PHP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to enhance website functionality.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Implement on-page SEO best practices and address technical SEO issues.

• Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in PHP, WordPress, JavaScript, and SEO.
• Strong skills in using SEO-related plugins for WordPress.
• Proficiency with Divi & Elementor, UI/UX design, WooCommerce, Yoast, WP Rocket, and Adobe Photoshop.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Committed: Available full-time in the California time zone, with no other work commitments.
• Must be available online during work hours on WhatsApp or other communication channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated: Capable of working remotely, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
• Self-equipped with: A reliable PC, Fast internet connection, Webcam, Hands-free headset with ANC (Active Noise Canceling)

Demonstrable Work Experience:

Candidates should provide examples of their work, such as websites they have developed or projects they have worked on as part of a team. Online portfolios or links to live websites are highly encouraged. Must have worked with Elementor/Divi and provide at least 3 examples of WordPress websites they have developed or SEO goals they have achieved. Must have an online demo website showcasing their work.
