Senior SEO Specialist

AI-Remote Hire is a US-based company that is looking for skilled SEO Specialists with expertise in WordPress to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As an SEO Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and increasing our clients’ online visibility. This position is ideal for an SEO professional who is well-versed in technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization using AI and new tools, as well as experienced with WordPress site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop SEO strategies tailored to target audiences.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal links, to improve search performance.
• Manage and update WordPress sites to ensure best SEO practices are implemented.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues, including site speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization.
• Work with content creators to align SEO strategies with high-quality, engaging content.

Who You Are:

• SEO Expert: Proven track record in SEO, with 5+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution.
• WordPress Knowledgeable: Extensive experience with WordPress, including plugin use, site customization, and technical optimizations.
• Analytically Minded: Proficient with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, as well as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Fluent in English: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in improving website rankings and driving organic traffic.
• Advanced understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Strong experience managing and optimizing WordPress sites and using SEO-related plugins for WordPress.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Self-equipped with: A reliable PC, Fast internet connection, Webcam, Hands-free headset with ANC (Active Noise Cancelling)

Demonstrable Work Experience:

• Must have provide at least 3 examples of WordPress websites SEO goals they have achieved.
