We are seeking a skilled NLP/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and focus on building and deploying large language models (LLMs) for various enterprise applications. This role involves designing and optimizing NLP architectures that handle massive datasets and complex language understanding tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create state-of-the-art NLP systems that power transformative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (e.g., transformer models) for NLP applications.
Architect scalable NLP pipelines, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model serving and monitoring.
Collaborate with product teams to integrate NLP solutions into AI Techlife’s enterprise product suite.
Drive optimization efforts to enhance model accuracy, reduce latency, and improve computational efficiency.
Continuously evaluate new NLP research and technologies to keep our models at the cutting edge.
Maintain rigorous testing and quality standards to ensure models are robust and reliable in production environments.
Document model lifecycle processes, including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience with NLP and Machine Learning, especially with large language models.
Proficiency in Python, with experience in NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, and NLTK.
Strong background in machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
Solid understanding of NLP techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and language generation.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML lifecycle management tools like MLflow or SageMaker.
Strong analytical skills and experience in large-scale data processing.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Familiarity with multilingual NLP models and large-scale data pipelines.
Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production.
Previous work on enterprise-scale NLP projects is a plus.
