Business Data Analysis Supervisor

Responsibilities:

•  Leading and managing a team of data analysts and ensuring the quality of their work.
•  Developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
•  Defining company-wide metrics and relevant data 
•  Selecting, configuring, and implementing analytics solutions.
•  Overseeing all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.
•  Working closely with other departments to use data to inform decision-making and strategy.
•  Developing a departmental culture, policies, and strategy for data analytics.
•  Taking Ownership of designing and building dashboards from scratch for reporting purposes
Qualifications:

•  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
•  At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
•  Fluency in English skills is important. 
•  Strong leadership and management skills.
•  Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools data science, and statistical/data mining methods.
•  Experience with Data Visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView is preferred.
•  Advanced Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, R, and other relevant analytical tools.
•  Experience building data-driven business cases that highlight strong analytical and financial skills
•  Experience with marketing automation platforms and data analytics within marketing automation is often preferred.
