Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager to enhance our team at our coffee brand (Torino). The Marcom Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that bolster our branding, attract new customers, and boost engagement with existing customers. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders to design and launch effective marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The perfect candidate will possess a robust understanding of marketing communications and digital marketing strategies, with a keen interest in the evolving online grocery sector.


Duties:
Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan to align with the objectives .
Work alongside departments such as design, customer relationship management, sales, and product development to deploy cohesive marketing campaigns that clearly convey the value of our brand.
Direct the creation of marketing content, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and maintaining high-quality outputs.
Partner with external firms and contractors to roll out marketing initiatives, including but not limited to digital ads, collaborations with influencers, and PR efforts.
Keep abreast of industry movements, competitive insights, and advancements in technology to pinpoint fresh marketing opportunities.
Execute strategies for customer segmentation to tailor marketing messages more effectively to specific demographics.
Administer the budget for marketing communications, optimizing resource allocation and overseeing spending.
Evaluate and report the success of marketing efforts using metrics such as ROI, brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
Remain informed on legal standards like data protection laws and advertising regulations to guarantee compliance in all communication channels.
Continually enhance the procedures and workflows for marketing communications to increase productivity and impact.

Credentials:
Demonstrated experience in a Marcom Manager role or a related position, preferably within the e-commerce or and FMCG field.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing avenues including content creation, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication, capable of producing engaging marketing materials.
Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives across various channels.
Skilled in utilizing tools for marketing analytics to evaluate and adjust campaign effectiveness.
Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
An innovative thinker with strategic acumen and a flair for creative problem-solving.
Keen attention to detail with dedication to uphold brand integrity.
Experienced in managing external partners and coordinating with different organizational teams.
