BI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, or other tools, to meet the reporting needs across all levels of the department.
• Extract and integrate data from multiple sources, including Excel, Google Sheets, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other data warehouses.
• Implement and optimize data models within both dashboarding tools and SQL Server databases to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Generate comprehensive reports that cover strategic, tactical, and operational insights, tailored to various stakeholders' needs within the Commercial department.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards and reports.
• Regularly update and refine dashboards to reflect evolving business needs and improve data visualization techniques.
• Utilize Python and SQL Server scripting for ETL processes and data manipulation when necessary.
• Provide training and support to users on dashboarding tools and best practices.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX and M language proficiency.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, or other dashboarding tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other database systems.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting for complex data manipulation.
