3D Artist

Responsibilities:
/ Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually captivating architectural visualizations for real estate projects
/ Utilize gaming technology to enhance the immersive experience of our visualizations
/ Transform 2D drawings and 3D models into realistic renderings
/ Ensure consistency and accuracy in visual representations across different platforms and mediums
/ Contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall quality and efficiency of our visual production process

Skills / Experience
/ 3+ years of experience as a 3D Artist for Archviz.
/ 1+ year of experience as a Junior 3D Artist
/ Advanced knowledge in Photoshop, 3ds Max, and Corona Render
/ Ability to develop traditional architectural materials with minimal supervision
/ Proficiency in creating lighting to convey mood
/ Experience working in high-level projects with tight deadlines
/ Optimization and organization of files according to the Design Process
/ Basic knowledge of Forest Pack
/ Capable of making geometry adjustments independently
/ Advanced texturing and unwrapping skills
/ Proficiency in creating masks and understanding render elements
/ Advanced knowledge in camera animation and properties
/ Experience with light animation and vegetation animation
/ Familiarity with fluid and fire simulation basics
/ Animation skills for materials, textures, and vehicles
