At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Performance team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a ECRM Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SMS and Push notification marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, including promotional messages, lifecycle messages, and transactional messages.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
- A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize creatives, subjects, and content to improve performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling content and visuals.
- Platform Management: Oversee the automation platform, ensuring its optimal performance, and integration with other marketing tech stack components.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest marketing automation best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Budget Managment
Requirements:
1+ years’ experience working in Webengage required.
2+ years’ marketing experience preferred.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of urgency and experience in deadline-driven roles.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce is a plus.
