

Key Responsibilities:
Formulate, execute, and oversee social media strategies on various channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Produce, organize, and plan content that is both engaging and visually attractive (including images, videos, and text) to match the brand's tone and marketing objectives.
Monitor, measure, and provide reports on social media effectiveness, including metrics like engagement, reach, and impressions.
Interact with followers, reply to queries and messages, and cultivate community engagement.
Work closely with the marketing department to maintain brand coherence and integrate with broader marketing initiatives.
Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, updates to platforms, and competitor activities.
Administer budgeted social media advertising campaigns focusing on targeting specific audiences and tracking performance.
Collaborate with influencers and strategic partners to advance brand projects.
Evaluate data and refine strategies to enhance outcomes and meet objectives.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a Social Media Specialist role or a similar position.
In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and industry best practices.
Skilled in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer.
Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Innovative and creative in generating new content ideas.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Knowledge of SEO principles and web traffic analysis.
Capable of working autonomously and within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing paid social media promotions.
Fundamental graphic design abilities, including proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva.
Experience with influencer marketing strategies.
