Job Description

   We are a value-driven, Agile and ambitious company providing consulting, purchasing and import services of industrial machinery across sectors such as printing and packaging, textile, paper and plastic.    Currently, we are seeking a truthful and hard-working Sales Assistant who aligns with our values and is eager to learn and grow with us. This role will work closely with the CEO so, is pivotal in supporting the CEO and the sales team at every stage of sales funnel.

Position Overview: 

    Under supervision, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads and supporting the customer journey by providing the required services. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with assigned customers through various channels or in person, addressing their needs and offering optimal solutions. 
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts based on customer information and CEO input. • Actively follow up on customer requirements to ensure they receive timely, high-quality service and are well-informed about all aspects.
• Liaise with suppliers to accurately relay project-specific data and obtain their offers. 
• Act as a bridge between suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth communication.
• Complete follow-up tasks assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Maintain organized records and data.

 Skills and Qualifications: 

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. 
• Comfortable with technology, systems, and data management. 
• Strong document preparation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English. 
• Knowledge of negotiation principles, effective communication, and social etiquette. 
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills. 
• Detail-oriented and organized. 
• Goal- and results-oriented.
• Quick learner with a high level of responsibility and follow-through.
• Professional, with a commitment to hard work.

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in the printing, packaging, or textile industries.
• Academic background in polymer, chemistry, mechanics, electronics, or a related field. 

 Requirements:

 • Upon necessity customer visits and on-site meetings
 • Willingness to travel to other cities as needed.
