Job Description
As a professional front-end developer, you will play a vital role in developing our web applications using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI. You will closely collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and Tailwind CSS  
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to turn design mockups into functional user interfaces  
- Implement ShadCN UI components and customize them as needed for our applications  
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability  
- Review code and maintain code quality standards  
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a smooth user experience  
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development  

Requirements
- Proven experience as a front-end developer with a strong portfolio of web applications  
- Proficiency in Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI  
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)  
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility  
- Familiarity with version control systems (like Git)  
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail  
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment  
- Experience with state management libraries (like Redux, Zustand) is a plus
