Job Description
The Takhfifan Product team is looking for a Product Designer who can help us with the following responsibilties:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand areas of improvement in the user journey.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user-centered design principles
- Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Facilitate work sessions to understand problems, conduct research, and support solution ideation
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design specifications and provide support during the development process
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX/UI design technologies
- Collaborate in building and maintaining design system and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI or product designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise, including user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Experience with using Google Analytics and Clarity to inform design decisions.
- Experience with prototyping.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Familiarity with scrum and agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
