Business Data Analyst

Pakrokh is a leading FMCG company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality consumer products such as shampoos, conditioners, and other personal care items. Our Business Planning and Performance Management (BP&P) team is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making through planning, business insights, and business intelligence solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Business Data Analyst will report to the BP&P Manager and work closely with the Operations and Commercial teams to analyze data, generate insights, and ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational and commercial data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Provide insights to optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Design and implement automated reporting tools for ongoing operational analysis.
• Support decision-making through ad hoc analysis and reporting on market trends.
• Create predictive models for operational performance improvement and risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute data quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity.
• Work within the agile-sprint framework to deliver tasks effectively and on time.
• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting through data-driven recommendations.

 
Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred).
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics, preferably in FMCG or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Power BI.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with operational and procurement data structures.
• Exposure to agile working environments (preferred).
