Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tech Lead to manage a cross-functional team working on a scalable and cutting-edge trading platform. The Tech Lead will oversee the development of frontend, backend, database, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless performance for our trading application. This role involves hands-on coding, leadership, and collaboration to deliver a high-quality product in the fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Define and maintain high-level system architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
Lead discussions on technology choices (React.js, Django, Laravel, Node.js, etc.) and ensure best practices.
Team Management:

Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of frontend, backend, and database engineers.
Ensure smooth collaboration across team members and provide regular feedback on their work.
Project Delivery:

Plan and prioritize development tasks to meet project deadlines.
Oversee the integration of trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader) using REST APIs.
Technical Execution:

Drive coding standards, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure).
Stakeholder Communication:

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:

Experience:
7+ years in software development, with at least 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
Proven experience with frontend frameworks (React.js/Angular), backend technologies (Django, Laravel, Node.js), and database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Background in integrating trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader or similar systems).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in TypeScript, REST APIs, and cloud solutions like AWS or Azure.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker) for deployment and scalability.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
