Operation Excellency Analyst

The Operational Excellence Analyst is primarily responsible for completing tasks and supporting key initiatives within the Operational Excellence department. The main tasks include: Monitoring All Operation Data and opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices, and ensuring high Operation Process will be done.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Smart operations .

 

Job Description:

Analyze current “Smart” Operation processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Monitor & improvement key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations Employee.
Implement and maintain performance dashboards to track and report on key metrics.
Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Requirements:

·        1-2 years of experience in  e-commerce industry.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make well-structured reports.

·        Ability to use SQL, Python.

·        Excellent in Data Analyze Power BI, Meta base and Microsoft Excel.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·        Proficiency in using Dashboard Services.

·        Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
