HSE Specialist

• Develop, implement, continually improve, and customize HSE programs, policies, and procedures to address the specific needs and risks of the organization
•  Stay updated with HSE regulations and standards and ensure the organization's full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and recommend corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks and hazards.
• Develop and implement HSE training programs for employees
•  Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, complaints and near misses, and identify root causes to implement corrective actions to prevent similar occurrences. 
• Provide information to Management on accidents/incidents in a timely manner
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and policies
• Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills to test preparedness
• Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory agencies.
• Assist in the development of safety budgets and administer safety-related budgets.
• Maintain records and documents related to health, safety and environmental programs.
• Coordinate with the HR manager of Khanoumi regarding the HSE programs and matters.
• Participation in, and coordination of HSE committees.
• Coordinate pre-employment and annual medical check for employees
