Job Description:
As a Webmaster at Aron Groups, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress website to ensure smooth functionality and user engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in WordPress theme and plugin development, deep knowledge of Technical SEO, and familiarity with Scrum/Agile project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website performance and efficiency.
• Manage website infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Optimize website performance, including load speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Implement and monitor best practices for Technical SEO to improve site visibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all web development processes.
• Work within an Agile framework and participate in sprints, stand-up meetings, and reviews.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Comprehensive understanding of Technical SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM).
• Experience with server management and CDN configuration.
• Knowledge of other content management systems.
• Experience in financial services.
