Our Performance team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SMS and Push notification marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, including promotional messages, lifecycle messages, and transactional messages.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
• A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize creatives, subjects, and content to improve performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling content and visuals.
• Platform Management: Oversee the automation platform, ensuring its optimal performance, and integration with other marketing tech stack components.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest marketing automation best practices, technologies, and trends.
• Budget Managment

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience working in Webengage required.
• 2+ years’ marketing experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and experience in deadline-driven roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce is a plus.
