Overview:

 We are looking for an Operations Business Analysis Lead to drive impactful analytical initiatives, optimize operational processes, and enhance customer experiences. In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. With expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization, you will deliver actionable insights and mentor team members to foster a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities:


Strategic Analysis & Insights:

• Lead data-driven projects that identify trends, unlock operational insights, and drive strategic decision-making. 
• Conduct in-depth analyses to improve business processes, streamline workflows, and elevate the customer experience. 

Operational Excellence:

• Optimize critical business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and delivery performance. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to implement actionable solutions based on analytical findings.

Data Metrics Management:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of operational metrics, ensuring their consistent use across teams. 
• Communicate data findings effectively through well-designed reports, dashboards, and presentations. 

Problem Resolution:

• Investigate recurring issues in delivery operations, identify root causes, and propose long-term solutions to mitigate them. 
• Monitor trends in key operational metrics to proactively address potential challenges. 

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior analysts, supporting their growth and ensuring a high standard of analytical rigor. 
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an analytical or operations leadership role, with a history of managing impactful initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced problem-solving and modeling capabilities, with the ability to address complex, unstructured challenges.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and insights generation (advanced level required).
• Strong experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Expertise in data visualization using Power BI, with a focus on creating insightful and actionable dashboards.
• Results-oriented, with a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful operational improvements.
