About the Role:
We are seeking for a passionate Junior Product Manager to support our Health Care services in building and optimizing our software and hardware that delight our customers and drive business growth.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales force and field managers and continually update knowledge on the product, competitors, and therapeutic area.
- Identify potential new market insight and collaborate with market intelligence to leverage all important market data to refine action plans or to prioritize activities.
- Own the innovation, definition, and planning of new features that align with our commitment to providing accessible and quality of healthcare services.
- Monitor and measure the success of launched product/feature with defined KPIs and metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collecting feedback and suggestions from customers to enhance features and provide new features to meet their needs.
- Build and manage a product roadmap that aligns with short- and long-term goals. Prioritize features, enhancements, and projects to maximize impact
- Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Establishing constructive communication between engineering and business teams

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field is plus.
0-2 years of experience in product management or a related role (internships or project work applicable).
