Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing user-centered solutions for our online car auction platform. The ideal candidate is not just a designer but a product thinker who can balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver impactful designs.

Responsibilities:
 • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our products across web and mobile platforms.
 • Lead design projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with product goals.
 • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other design assets to communicate ideas and validate solutions.
 • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
 • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve the overall experience.
 • Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
 • Analyze user behavior and metrics to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
 • Customize and select solutions based on project and task requirements.
 • Provide and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
 • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
 • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design best practices, and modern trends.
 • Experience with tools like Figma, Coda, Clarity, GA4.
 • Ability to create and maintain design systems and components.
 • The component-first mindset in design;
 • Advanced problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations for platforms like mobile (Android and iOS) and desktop.
 • Knowledge of using AI tools in daily work to speed up processes.
 • Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet critical project deadlines.
 • Strong communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 • Attention to detail with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect designs.
 • Experience conducting user research, interviews, and testing sessions.
 • Familiarity with agile workflows and working in a fast-paced environment.
