Job Description

The Platform Growth Supervisor will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of individual sellers on the Technolife platform. This includes optimizing the sales funnel, increasing Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and items sold, and managing seller engagement through strategic social and marketing initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and innovative strategies to ensure sustained growth for both sellers and the platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Seller Growth Strategy:
Design and implement strategies to increase NMV, items sold, and overall performance of individual sellers on the platform.
Develop and execute customized growth plans for sellers at various stages of their journey.
Funnel Optimization:
Analyze and enhance the conversion funnel to improve the buyer and seller experience.
Monitor drop-off points in the sales funnel and develop solutions to minimize them.
Social & Community Engagement:
Oversee and grow the platform's dedicated social space for sellers, fostering an active and engaged community.
Create and manage content, webinars, and educational programs to empower sellers.
Performance Tracking & Insights:
Use data analytics to track seller performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
Present regular reports on NMV, item sales, and funnel performance to senior management.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to improve seller tools and experiences.
Act as the main point of contact for seller-related initiatives, providing guidance and support to drive their success.
Innovation & Problem-Solving:
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and identify new growth levers for sellers.
Continuously improve platform features and processes to benefit sellers and buyers alike.
 
Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, platform management, or seller growth roles.
Proven track record of driving NMV and sales growth.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with expertise in funnel optimization and performance tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sellers.
Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel,BI tools) and social media/community management platforms.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
