Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Ad Network Management:
Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns on ad networks (e.g., Google Ads, Yektanet, Tapsell, etc.) to achieve performance goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements.

- ECRM & Segmentation:
Design and implement email, SMS, and push notification campaigns using advanced segmentation strategies.
Analyze customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns that boost engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the ECRM team to align lifecycle marketing strategies with performance campaigns.

- Agency Coordination:
Manage relationships with external agencies for campaign execution and performance analysis.
Brief agencies on campaign objectives, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
Evaluate agency performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, or similar platforms) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Generate reports with actionable insights and present findings to key stakeholders.
Identify growth opportunities through data-driven decisions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Partner with the sales and customer success teams to align on customer journey strategies.

Requirements:
- Experience:
Hands-on experience with ad platforms and ECRM tools (e.g., WebEngage, or similar).
Familiarity with segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in campaign optimization and A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Experience with agency management and communication.
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on results.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
