Responsibilities : 

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using ClickHouse to handle complex
• and high-volume data sets.
• Develop comprehensive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Metabase to monitor business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Commercial) to gather requirements and ensure data insights align with business needs.
• Continuously refine and improve dashboards to enhance usability and insight delivery.
• Analyze key metrics related to customer behavior, product performance, and operational efficiency in the context of e-commerce or q-commerce/food delivery.
• Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement to support business growth.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of complex data.
• Ensure high data quality standards by performing routine data validation and cleansing.
• Maintain proper documentation of BI processes, ensuring transparency and scalability.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with with ClickHouse (writing complex queries) and Metabase (building dashboards, visualizations, and reports).
• Familiarity with e-commerce or food delivery KPIs (customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, order frequency, etc.).
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
