Responsibilities:

-Full responsibility (contract development, acquisition and training, P&L planning and monitoring as Business Line Director) with CEO for Promarkets.

-Preparing reports for Weekly meetings with CEO.

-Managing Field team, from recruitment to provide action plan and supporting data and performance monitoring.

-Communication and follow-up with other teams (Commercial, BD, Tech and OPS) to analysis requirements and achieve final planned result .

Requirements:

-FMCG knowledge.

- Analyze data skills.

-Franchise store knowledge .

- Bachelor science.

-Sales team management experience.
