Job Description:
Mashhadhost, a leading provider of hosting and IT services, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology strategy, leading technical teams, and optimizing IT infrastructure to support business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and oversee technical teams, including developers, network engineers, and support staff.
• Design and enhance hosting infrastructure and IT systems.
• Ensure data security, service stability, and business continuity.
• Manage software development projects and upgrade existing systems.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with senior management to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical and strategic reports to the board of directors.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in managing technical teams and IT projects.
• Expertise in hosting, server management, networks, and IT security.
• Familiarity with control panels such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, and Plesk.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee backup strategies and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
• Monitor service performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure system stability.
• Strategic problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT or technology leadership roles.
