About the Role:
Technolife is seeking a Product Manager (PM) with a specialization in operations and accounting to optimize internal workflows, improve financial processes, and enhance our eCommerce platform’s operational efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and operational excellence, driving solutions that align with both customer needs and back-end efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with operations, finance, platform, design, engineering, and other product teams to develop features that streamline workflows, enhance accounting accuracy, and improve business performance.
Conduct analysis of operational bottlenecks and accounting pain points to identify opportunities for improvement.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on operational and financial efficiency.
Translate operational and accounting requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog with a focus on high-impact operational and financial features.
Monitor the performance of operational tools and accounting integrations, ensuring they meet business needs.
Partner with stakeholders to implement automation solutions in reporting, reconciliation, and other financial processes.
Communicate updates on product development, operational impacts, and financial efficiency gains to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, operations management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
1-5 years of experience in product management, operations, or accounting, preferably in the eCommerce or technology industry.
Familiarity with operational workflows, ERP systems, and accounting principles.
Strong analytical skills and experience in process optimization and financial data interpretation.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver impactful product solutions.
Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and operational platforms
Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
Passion for eCommerce and a keen interest in operational excellence.
