Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team Big Data DevOps team. The ideal candidate should have a familiarity with telecom processes, strong analytical background, deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Create business cases, use cases, and other documentation to support the development of solutions.
• Understands business needs and transform them to tangible use cases for ease of developers.
• Comprehensive insight on different data types and analyze them before handing over requirements to the team.
• Document all workflows and processes and keep them up to date as an organizational asset.
• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or any related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with business process modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Familiar with data types and workflows in Telecom sector.
• Understanding on data related technologies such as data warehousing and big data is an advantage.
•  Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
