As the Digital Marketing Expert, you will pay a pivotal role in managing the operational business and marketing aspects of a revenue shared service. Your primary responsibility will be to drive service growth and matter of number of service subscribers and revenue growth through the strategic alignment and running marketing activities, ensuring the service profitability and long-term sustainability.
Main Responsibility in this role:
1- Business strategy development, develop and implement business strategies to maximize revenue generation and service penetration rate.
2- Revenue optimization, identify opportunities to optimize revenue streams and enhance monetization strategies through promotions, pricing, packaging.
3- Market analysis, conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform decision-making.
4- Execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels
5- Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
6- Acquire deep understanding of our product, internal standards, and unique values to develop marketing strategies
7- Data analytics to find market values to run marketing activity
8- Manage marketing campaigns, producing content and initiatives to enhance lead generation
9- Analyze existing service status to Identify gaps and improve current service
Requirement :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software, Computer Hardware, Telecommunications, Electronic, Marketing, MBA, Industrial Engineering
2. Fluent in English communication
3. Having excellent presentation skills
4. Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
5. Creative mindset for planning and leading initiatives
6. Having high interpersonal skills and negotiation
7. Experience in product management (optional, plus point)
8. Experience in marketing specialist job role (optional, plus point)
9. Knowledge of Telecom VAS services (optional, plus point)
