Responsibilities

• Build smart solutions: Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms
  to address challenging business problems and enhance AI-driven applications.
• Productionize models: Take your creations from concept to production, implementing
  models end-to-end and ensuring they’re reliable and scalable.
• Work with big data: Analyze and preprocess large datasets, extract meaningful
  insights, and apply feature engineering techniques to improve model performance.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with the latest advancements in AI, machine
  learning, and research, integrating new ideas and tools into your work.
• Collaborate and innovate: Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and
  collaborative problem-solving to continuously rene and elevate our AI solutions.
• Ensure reliability: Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related issues to maintain the
  accuracy, eciency, and dependability of our applications.

Requirements

• Educational background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine
  Learning, Articial Intelligence, or a related eld—or equivalent hands-on experience
  in AI development.
• AI expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, with a proven
  track record of delivering successful projects (a portfolio would be great!).
• Technical skills: Prociency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like
  TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Data wrangling: Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering,
  and model evaluation techniques.
• NLP knowledge: Experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a
  big plus.
• Version control proficiency: Familiarity with Git or similar tools for seamless
  collaboration and code management.
• Problem-solving mindset: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex challenges and
  design eective algorithms.
• Team player: Great communication skills to collaborate eectively with both
  technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring AI solutions align with company
