As we continue to grow and reach more users,, we are looking to expand our marketing team with a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist.

Job Description:
The Performance Marketing Specialist at Herlife will play a crucial role in driving our user acquisition and engagement strategies through data-driven insights and innovative marketing techniques.
This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to meet our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, social media, email, and mobile.
  • Analyze campaign performance data in real-time, adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, design, and content) to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, applying best practices and innovative approaches to our campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in user acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ASO, WebEngage, App Stores).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a constant desire to learn and innovate.
  • Experience in health tech or app marketing is a plus.
