We are seeking a talented .NET Backend Developer who is skilled in building robust backend systems and can extend their expertise to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization. This role requires a developer who can seamlessly integrate backend development with the configuration and enhancement of Dynamics 365, ensuring scalable and effective solutions for our business needs.
As part of our team, you will focus on building efficient backend services while also leveraging your technical skills to customize and optimize our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development (Primary Focus):
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core.
Optimize database operations and queries using SQL Server.
Implement secure, high-performance web services and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
CRM Customization & Development:
Customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business requirements.
Develop plugins and custom workflows using C# to automate and extend CRM functionality.
Configure and manage CRM entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and Webhooks.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
Requirement: 
3+ years of experience in backend development using .NET Core and C#.
Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, stored procedures, and optimization).
Knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs.
Experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including plugins and workflows.
Familiarity with Power Platform tools like Power Automate.
Solid understanding of software design principles, scalability, and security best practices.
Experience with JavaScript for CRM form customizations.
