Responsibilities:

Managing and optimizing company accounts on freelancer platforms
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to acquire new projects
Writing professional proposals and following up on inquiries
Monitoring project progress and ensuring client satisfaction
Managing payments and contracts
Analyzing competitors and marketing strategies


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with freelancer platforms (Freelancer, Upwork, and similar)
Strong skills in writing compelling proposals
Familiarity with project management processes and online contracts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
