Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a solid understanding of video editing and motion graphics techniques. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Video Editing:
  
  • Edit raw footage to create compelling video content, including commercials, social media videos, and explainer videos.
  • Add visual effects, transitions, and color grading to enhance the overall look and feel of the videos.
  • Incorporate sound effects, music, and voiceovers to create a cohesive audio experience.
• Motion Graphics: 

• • Design and create visually striking motion graphics, animations, and infographics.
  • Develop custom animations and visual effects to enhance the storytelling and engagement of videos.
  • Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure consistency in branding and style.
• Project Management: 
  
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Provide creative input and feedback on video concepts and scripts.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Qualifications :

• Experience: A strong portfolio is a key requirement. This showcases the candidate’s ability and style. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience are preferred.
• Soft Skills: The ideal candidate should demonstrate artistic ability, storytelling, attention to detail, teamwork, organization, dedication, creativity and imagination, time management, communication skills, and the ability to accept and act on feedback. 
• Better to have:
  • Good knowledge of global financial markets 
  • English proficiency above 90%.
