Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team in the LendTech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering product requirements, designing the product roadmap, and managing the product development lifecycle. You will report directly to the Team Lead and play a key role in driving the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze product requirements (Gathering Product Requirement)
Design and manage the product roadmap (Product Roadmap)
Create and manage user story mapping (User Story Mapping)
Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and write Gherkin syntax scenarios
Conduct competitor analysis to inform product strategy
Oversee feature development and prioritization
Collaborate closely with developers to implement product features and improvements
Define and track success and health metrics for product performance
Drive ongoing improvement initiatives based on user feedback and analytics
Utilize analytics software such as Appmetrica and Google Analytics
Implement Agile methodology and Scrum framework in the product development process.
Foster a growth mindset within the team

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the LendTech industry
Proven experience in gathering product requirements and designing product roadmaps
Familiarity with BDD and Gherkin syntax
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum framework 
Experience with analytical tools and software
Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
