Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
To evaluate and select suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and ability to meet project timelines.
To control contracts and agreements with suppliers for network and facility services, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
To coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with related teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment for network and facility operations.
To support analysis of performance metrics related to supplier reliability, cost management, and service delivery, preparing detailed reports for management.
To coordinate with L&R, SCM Planning, and Performance departments to track procurement-related contracts and address improvement areas in processes/procedures.
To ensure that division requests are met concerning product quality, quantity, price, and time.
To comply with all relevant PPPs (including but not limited to Procurement Policy, Tender Policy, and Procurement Code of Conduct) during procurement requests.
To search for possible suppliers of the Company’s requirements and evaluate them based on the Company PPPs
To engage with the Company suppliers and negotiate various items with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
To coordinate the life cycle of purchases and contracts, including
To support related teams and take part in handling of RFx processes
To prepare RFx evaluation and recommendations report
To administrate and oversee contracts, obtaining signatures, updating contracts registered, etc.
To act as an interface with user divisions and other stakeholders to understand their requirements/demands
To prepare periodic or ad hoc reports, status reports on tenders, PR/PO reports, etc.
To establish beneficial commercial terms and conditions at the best value and total cost of ownership with the consultation of the line manager.
To collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and operational requirements.

Education
A bachelor's degree in Commercial or industrial Management field, Supply Chain Management, or related
 
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; experience working in a medium organization
Experience in telecom or technology supply chain categories is highly preferred
