Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team in the LendTech sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the adoption and growth of our lending products. You will work closely with product development team, to ensure our offerings meet market needs and deliver value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment across all departments and effective execution.
Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote lending products, utilizing various channels such as digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and expectations.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the FinTech or LendTech industry.
Strong understanding of lending products and financial services.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
