About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team and help us build innovative products. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to understand user needs, define product requirements, and launch successful products.
Responsibilities
- BS/MS Degree in Management, MBA, industrial engineering, environment safety engineering or any related field.
- Gathering information from stakeholders to discover user needs
- Contribute to designing a solution to solve the problem based on artificial intelligenc
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback.
- Create and prioritize product backlog items.
- Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing).
- Schedule Scrum meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning).
- Support product launches and gather post-launch feedback.
- Assist in data analysis to measure product performance.
- Identify and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
- Help create and maintain product documentation.
- Contribute to the development of product demos and presentations.
- Identify and suggest improvements to product development processes.
Core Requirements
- Ability to design meaningful product metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communicational skills.
- Knowledge of prioritizing methods.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and respective tools, such as Jira.
- Project management skills
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Good to have
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Basic knowledge of Database & SQL
- Process and business understanding in B2B, or E-Commerce domains.
- Comprehending HSE processes and risk management in the energy sector.
