As a Data Analyst in the Customer Tribe of the Product Team at Snapp Market, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve customer experiences and support product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to uncover actionable insights using statistical techniques and advanced data analysis tools.
- Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the performance of business processes.
- Design and develop metrics, mid-tables, and dashboards to improve customer journey performance, reduce costs, and support key product decisions.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Create clear, compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure proper data collection and reporting.
- Conduct cohort analysis, retention studies, and funnel optimization to enhance the customer lifecycle and improve user engagement.
- Support experimentation efforts, such as A/B testing, to optimize features and assess the impact of product changes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and their application in analyzing large datasets.
- Experience working with large datasets, including cleaning, transformation, and validation.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling through data visualization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
