We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and monitor the brand’s social media presence to increase engagement, maintain a consistent brand voice, and foster a strong online community. A deep understanding of social trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms is essential for this role that resonate with our target audience and elevate the brand’s digital presence.
Duties :
• Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Engaging with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions to build brand loyalty.
• Tracking and analyzing social media performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Coordinating with the marketing and creative teams to align social content with broader campaign goals.
• Managing multiple social media platforms and ensuring timely responses.
• Staying up-to-date with trends and adapting content strategies accordingly.
• Balancing quick responsiveness with consistent brand messaging.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Aparat, Rubika, Youtube, eita, igap) and analytics tools
• Understanding of social media metrics and community management
• Skills in social media strategy development
