Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a versatile Product Designer to join our team. You will take on multiple responsibilities in this role, including product design, UX design, quality assurance, problem-solving, product visioning, and beta testing. Flexibility is key, as you'll work on projects of varying sizes for desktop and mobile platforms.
We have plenty of exciting work to offer if you appreciate independence and are eager to take ownership of product initiatives from ideation to launch.

What We’re Looking For:
Initial State (Application)

• At least 3-4 years of experience in SaaS product design
• Experience throughout the product design lifecycle: research, sketches, wireframes, concept designs, end-to-end user flows, interaction design, prototyping, pixel-perfect UI, documentation, accessibility reviews, and design QA testing
• Proficiency in Design Thinking
• Ability to make independent design decisions and identify design challenges
• Experience with Figma
• Strong skills in designing responsive components for both desktop and mobile platforms
• A portfolio showcasing experience with large-scale enterprise products, especially web platforms\
• Good to medium proficiency in written and spoken English

Short-Term Roadmap Expectations (3 Months)

• Conduct ongoing quantitative and qualitative research on specific products
• Update designs based on research findings
• Maintain a design system
• Develop surveys with relevant metrics
• Create effective user personas
• Collaborate with a small team of designers and cross-functional partners to explore, test, and refine concepts
• Provide critical quality assurance and testing services
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to improve product concepts

Long-Term Roadmap Expectations (6-8 Months)

• Conduct high-detail usability tests
• Play a key role in design operations
• Define new specific metrics for measurement
• Create journey maps
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback

• Saturday to Wednesday
• working hours: 8 am to 4:45 pm with 2 hours of flexibility
