The mission of the Engineering Manager at SnappBimeh is to lead and manage the tech team to deliver high-quality and efficient software development. This role focuses on improving processes, supporting the professional growth of team members, and fostering synergy among them to ensure faster and more reliable product delivery. Additionally, the Engineering Manager is responsible for communicating effectively between technical teams and other departments, guiding teams toward the company's strategic goals.
