Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable and high-performance software systems.
Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical and business goals.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies, incorporating them into the team's processes and products where relevant.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Drive innovation, ensuring the technical stack evolves with industry best practices.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in .NET 
Experience in software architecture, cloud platforms, microservices, and REST.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Passion for innovation and staying ahead of emerging technologies.
Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/deployment practices.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
